Interview Process
What to expect in the hiring process
Portfolio Review
Present 2-3 case studies. Show your process: research → wireframes → visual design → testing → iteration. Process > pretty pixels.
Design Challenge (Take-Home)
Design a feature or app screen in 3-5 days. Present your thinking, user flows, and final designs. Figma prototype expected.
Whiteboard / Live Design
Solve a design problem live. Sketch wireframes, discuss tradeoffs, ask clarifying questions. Tests your thinking process.
Culture Fit / Team Round
How you collaborate with developers, handle feedback, prioritize features. Communication is key for designers.
